Yes — we operate year-round though some outdoor excursions are seasonal. In winter we shorten routes and include more indoor stops; for Stonehenge or Old Sarum outings we check weather and travel conditions and will offer an alternative or full refund if necessary.
Absolutely. We welcome families and offer reduced child prices. Routes can be adapted for slower walkers and pushchairs where the terrain allows. Please tell us when booking if you have mobility concerns so we can advise on the best tour for you.

Each tour confirms a clear meeting point in Salisbury city centre — typically near Market Square or the Cathedral gates. We send an email with a map and the guide's mobile number on booking day.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the tour we issue a full refund. Within 48 hours we may offer a credit for a future date. We reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen events; in that case you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
